Refund and Returns Policy

At Hackknow, all products are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is different from physical product stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important: Since our products are digital files that are delivered instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the download has been accessed. Please review the product description and any preview materials carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Hackknow are digital goods (Excel templates, spreadsheet files, etc.) that are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree to this refund policy.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The file you downloaded is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page
  • The download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order

3. When We Do Not Issue a Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You have successfully downloaded the product and it works as described
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (please review carefully before buying)
  • Your computer or software is not compatible with the file (we recommend checking compatibility before purchasing)
  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number or payment receipt
  • The name of the product purchased
  • A description of the issue you experienced
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–7 business days).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find a suitable product or resolve your issue.
