1. Copyright Policy

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

3. Required Elements of a DMCA Notice
Your notice must include all of the following:

- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)

4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 72 hours
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
- Provide the alleged infringer an opportunity to submit a counter-notice
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@hackknow.com containing: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your consent to jurisdiction in India, and your contact information.
6. Repeat Infringers
Hackknow will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Template Ownership
All templates sold on https://hackknow.com are original works created by Hackknow. If you believe any of our templates infringes your intellectual property, please contact us at dmca@hackknow.com immediately.
